Acue Marmonite ("we," "us," "our") operates acuemarmonite.com. This page explains what information we collect through this site, what we do with it, and who to contact with questions. It applies to this website only.
When you use the estimate request form on our Contact page, we ask for your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, county, service of interest, and a description of your project. Submitting the form opens your device's email application with that information addressed to sales@acuesurfaces.com — you choose to send it. If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever information you share in that call or message.
We use the information you provide to respond to your estimate request, schedule an in-home visit, and follow up about your project. We don't use it to send unrelated marketing, and we don't sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.
Information you submit goes to our sales inbox and is seen by the Acue Marmonite team members who handle estimates and scheduling. We don't share it with outside companies except where required to do the work you asked for (for example, coordinating a delivery), or where the law requires it.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future (for example, to measure which pages are useful to visitors), we'll update this page to describe what's collected and how it's used.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@acuesurfaces.com or calling (972) 370-3493 Toll-Free: 1-844-400-ACUE (2283). We'll respond within a reasonable time.
This site and our services are directed at homeowners age 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
